5 Stars on everything but clearly since we moved in we do not hear noise, even living close to the pool

submitted by Rey G. - |Recommended: NoCheap Floors Careful With Nails — Moldy pool, cheap floors, nails in carpet, all the entrances “safety” features are broken, horrible staff, trash dumpster gets filled and smells, one dumpster is in the parking lot taking 4 spots, but other than that the grounds look good. Don’t recommend.

submitted by Claire B. - |Recommended: NoIt Has Been Okay — Problems with front desk employees dismissing concerns and construction of apartment itself in regards to noise is quite poor. We can hear our upstairs neighbors having conversations and watching TV throughout the day and dogs barking all the time. Overall, this has not been the best experience so far.

Great granite counter tops and quiet closing drawers. Floors and carpet in bedroom was easy to maintain. Great management team. The complex is well kept and maintained. Questions concerns were addressed resolved in a timely manner. Super quiet place to work from home all day, everyday during this pandemic.

The staff is extremely professional and helped me pre-lease without any issues. After moving in, I was worried construction would be noisy and dirty but it was quite the opposite. Now that its finished, the complex stays very clean and the amenities are great. Everything is very well kept and overall a really great value.
