The only cons I can really think of are being located so close to the airport. It gets pretty noisy with that the buildings that face Riverside get a lot of the loud exhaust cars flying by, other than that is very peaceful here In the particular layout I'm in, it could use a little more storage space i.e. to store broom, vacuum and lastly no elevators. Being on the 3rd level and the stairs can get a little exhausting and wear on you. The gym facility is kept very clean and has a good variety of equipment. Parking can get a little crazy but I cannot say I've had to park too far away from my building nor not had a spot at all. It is in a good location to a walking trail, multiple restaurants, grocery stores, shopping etc to go to. The staff is very pleasant and answers any questions I may have. I can't comment on maintenance and it requires a rating to submit this review. I haven't had to utilize maintenance as of yet, so my rating is inaccurate.

Yet you can hardly ever find parking at night. The floors are thin, and you can hear people walking often, I have friends who live here that can attest to that. The gym isn’t quite the best, especially when masks were mandated and nobody followed that rule. Overall pretty alright apartment complex though, just wouldn’t lease here again.

I felt safe letting maintenance in to change vents, bulbs, etc., and work on any damaged areas. The company kept grass cut and manicured as needed.

The grounds are well kept and the building hallways are mopped routinely. Initially I was concerned about having closed hallways and pickup trash services, as these tend to leave the buildings smelling like trash, but that is not the case at Tacara. As mentioned earlier, the hallways are clean regularly and left smelling rather pleasant. The maintenance staff seem friendly as well as management. The one downside to Tacara Village is how thin the walls are, music is easily heard as well as dogs barking. However, my overall experience at Tacara Village has been amazing

The fixtures, cabinets, counters, and appliances are all beautiful. There is plenty of storage in the huge closets and many cabinets. The property feels secure even though its not gated. The buildings are gated though which is great, if inconvenient when we have guests over because guests have to call me to be let in and I either have to hope that the app on my phone is working or walk out to the gate and let them in. Staff has been so friendly and helpful. They can always answer any question I have and are quick about getting back to me with questions they can't answer when I ask. Maintenance is fast and friendly. I am never kept waiting long on fixes. Of course I don't need fixes that much because our apartment seems to be well built. Also the valet trash service is a godsend to us on the third floor.
Parking can be bad for people who work late into the night. During the day I never have a problem finding a space close to my building, but I have come home late at night a few times and have had to park in the Cook Children's parking lot because the ENTIRE complex was full. Sound insulation on the interior is fantastic However you can hear all noise coming from outside your windows. I can clearly hear conversations on occasion from outside and I live on the third floor The master bedroom also gets really cold its the end of winter right now even when the thermostat is reading 76 F Its pretty close to the Alliance regional airport, so there's a lot of overhead noise, but we knew that would be the case moving in so that doesn't really bother us.
Overall we love it here Our complaints feel more nitpicking then anything so not worth bringing up. My wife and I have lived in some pretty terrible complexes over the years and this is easily the best. We recommend it to anyone who is in the area looking for a nice place close to the Alliance area.
