|Recommended: YesGreat — No problem, no issues. Staff is extremely professional . Grounds are clean with the exception of the dog poop , but they sent out reminders for the owners to pick
Up after their pets but they have no control and they don’t have eyes everywhere . But it would be nice if they did something about it, other than that I absolutely love it.

|Recommended: YesQuiet And Clean Community With Good Floorplans — I have been living here almost 2 years and have enjoyed the community for the most part. I am a huge recycler and not necessarily confident that items placed in the recycling dumpster are being recycled because so many residents place their regular trash in there instead of the compactor. If you want to pick up your mail at night, which I usually do, there are always residents' cars parked there overnight from the surrounding buildings. This makes it difficult when you need to get a large package to your car and the mail center spaces are all occupied. I am worried about my lease renewal when seeing my same floor plan now leasing for 400 more per month than my current base rent. I cannot afford to stay if the rent increases that much when my renewal comes up.

|Recommended: YesGreat — That this place is wonderful place to be at because A it has opened surrounding so it isn't congested. B Everyone in this area is very nice. B there is always something to do. C The grocery stores are convenient. I can go on and on hence is why I renewed my apartment lease although the rent went a bit higher then I expected it to be.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Property With Great Amenities — Within my first month, I ve had a great experience so far. This property is fairly new and super nice. Parking is hit or miss but I am also in a corner building. I have not met any neighbors yet, so everyone seems to keep to themselves, which is preferable. Upstairs neighbors can be a little loud but that is expected. Overall the atmosphere is quiet and calm. I really enjoy everything.

|Recommended: YesLove It Here — I've only lived here for a few months, but I absolutely love it. It's very clean and I can always find a parking spot. There's no freeway noise and the neighbors are quiet unless you have a hard walker living above you, which I do. All of the properties south of here only offer Frontier for cable internet. This property has AT T which was one of the main selling points for me. I would highly recommend this property
|Recommended: YesBeautiful Apartment — Beautiful spacious apartment, can get noisy with neighbors, parking can be difficult when coming home late, but staff are friendly and attentive.
